O'Callaghan's first opened in 1988 with space in the cafe to seat 36, it now seats 110. The size of the premises grew as the business grew. O'Callaghan's has extended itself to become a Delicatessen, Cafe, Bakery and Catering Service.
Pat & Mary O'Callaghan work full time running their family business. With the help of their manager Aoife Nolan and their much appreciated team that work hard with them each day, there are many qualified hands to create delicious homemade food which will have you returning for more.

When O'Callaghan's first opened they served just tea, coffee and small lunches. Today you can find a very generous selection of food on offer thanks to the knowledge and experience of Mary O'Callaghan and her head chef Catherine Beary. Mary has attended many courses in the Ballymaloe Cookery School and also has seventeen years experience perfecting the food available in O'Callaghan's today, much of which is influenced by Darina Allen. With the help of her head chef Catherine Beary, who has over 10 years experience as a chef both abroad and at home, O'Callaghan's provides excellent food, which is truly delicious.
